What is MHWD?
The mhwd command is a powerful utility originally in Manjaro Linux, but now ported to Liya Linux, designed to simplify hardware detection and driver management. It automates the process of identifying your system's hardware components, especially graphics cards, and helps in installing the appropriate drivers, whether proprietary or open-source.
How can I use MHWD?
For simple installation
sudo mhwd -a pci nonfree 0300
This will install the required Graphic card drivers automatically without fuss.
