As promised, Liya v2.4 "Shravya" brings improved graphics support!
We're excited to announce that MHWD (Manjaro Hardware Detection) is now available in our repositories. This tool simplifies the process of installing graphics drivers on your system.
🔧 Installation Instructions
Step 1: Install MHWD
Via terminal:
sudo pacman -S mhwd-arch
Or use Add/Remove Software (Pamac) for a graphical option.
Step 2: Install Graphics Drivers
For Intel & AMD GPUs (open source drivers):
sudo mhwd -a pci free 0300
For NVIDIA GPUs (proprietary drivers):
sudo mhwd -a pci nonfree 0300
